Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first via email or WhatsApp.

We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
​
Returns can be sent to our return address in the Netherlands.
​
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
​
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
​
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges
​
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
